Easy Lettuce Wraps Recipe

  • cup Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • cup coarsely chopped cilantro leaves
  • teaspoon sesame oil
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the stir-fry sauce, dry sherry, and cornstarch. Stir until the cornstarch is fully dissolved and set the mixture aside.
  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the ground pork, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Stir-fry the mixture until the pork is no longer pink and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat from the pan.
  3. Pour the stir-fry sauce mixture into the wok with the cooked pork. Stir continuously until the pork is evenly coated with the sauce, and it thickens slightly.
  4. Remove the wok from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro and sesame oil. This adds a fresh, aromatic touch to the dish.
  5. To serve, spoon the desired amount of the pork mixture onto a lettuce leaf. Gently fold the leaf to enclose the filling, creating a wrap.
