Bone-In Ham Cooked in Beer Recipe

Ingredients
- 20 pounds bone-in ham
- 1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple
- 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans beer
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 325F (165C).
- Grease an 18-quart roasting pan to prevent sticking.
- Place the ham, with the fatty side facing up, in the prepared roasting pan.
- Use toothpicks to secure the pineapple rings onto the ham, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- Pour the beer over the ham, making sure it is well coated.
- Cover the roasting pan with a lid.
- Bake for 6 to 8 hours, or until the ham is fully cooked and tender.
- After baking, carefully remove the pineapple rings from the ham.
- Let the ham sit for 15 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.
