Oven-Roasted Carrots Recipe

Roasted Carrots with Pecans and Panko
Ingredients
- 8 ounces carrots, peeled and cut into 3-inch-long pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- cup chopped pecans (Optional)
- cup panko bread crumbs (Optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425F (220C).
- In a bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil and Italian seasoning.
- Transfer the seasoned carrots to a rimmed baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the pecans and panko bread crumbs on top of the carrots.
- Continue roasting until the carrots are golden and crispy, about 5 minutes more.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
