Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 4 (4-ounce) fillets of salmon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, for garnish
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
Step 2: In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, Dijon mustard, and honey. Set aside.
Step 3: In another bowl, combine dry bread crumbs, finely chopped pecans, and fresh parsley.
