  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa

Directions

  1. Combine the rice with the minced garlic in a large saucepan.
  2. Pour the water and salsa into the rice mixture.
  3. Bring the mixture to a full boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice becomes tender.
  5. Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork to finish.
