Linnie's Spanish Rice Recipe

- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 cups water
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
Directions
- Combine the rice with the minced garlic in a large saucepan.
- Pour the water and salsa into the rice mixture.
- Bring the mixture to a full boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice becomes tender.
- Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork to finish.
