Easy Beef Strogonoff Recipe

Recipe for Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- teaspoon garlic powder
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pint sour cream
- 4 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained
Directions:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef in oil over medium-high heat. Once the meat is browned, drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring to combine well.
- Crush the beef bouillon cube and add it to the skillet along with the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms. Saut the mixture until the onions become translucent.
- Remove the skillet from heat (this step is important!). Stir in the sour cream until everything is well-mixed and creamy.
- Serve the beef stroganoff mixture over the hot cooked egg noodles. Enjoy your meal!
