Easy Beef Strogonoff Recipe

Recipe for Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cube beef bouillon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 4 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef in oil over medium-high heat. Once the meat is browned, drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  2. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring to combine well.
  3. Crush the beef bouillon cube and add it to the skillet along with the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms. Saut the mixture until the onions become translucent.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat (this step is important!). Stir in the sour cream until everything is well-mixed and creamy.
  5. Serve the beef stroganoff mixture over the hot cooked egg noodles. Enjoy your meal!
