- 2 cups instant rice
- 1 (5 ounce) can chicken chunks, drained
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
Directions
Step 1: Boil water. Add rice, stir, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit until the water is absorbed, about 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork. Alternatively, you can prepare the rice according to package directions.
Step 2: Once the rice is ready, add the chicken to the pot and continue to stir over low heat.
Step 3: Mix in the condensed soup. Continue cooking until everything is heated through.
