Easy Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, or as needed
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F (220C).
  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts by removing any hard stems.
  3. Slice the Brussels sprouts in half and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, then toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender with crispy edges.
