- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
- Perforated parchment paper
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic granules, and salt. Stir to mix well.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss gently to coat each piece with the butter and seasoning mixture.
- Line the air fryer basket with perforated parchment paper to prevent the shrimp from sticking.
- Place the shrimp into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
- Set the air fryer temperature to 400F (200C) and cook for approximately 8 minutes, or until the shrimp are bright pink on the outside and the flesh is opaque.

Adjusted the cooking time and temperature to 8 minutes at 330°F following the instructions in my air fryer manual. The shrimp turned out perfectly cooked.

As a newcomer to the air fryer, I tried out this recipe and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. It was simple and quick to make, and I enjoyed it over whole wheat spaghetti. I will certainly be making this dish again in the future.

First time trying to air fry shrimp. The ingredients were good, but I found that cooking them for 8 minutes at 400 degrees was a bit too long, resulting in a slightly rubbery texture. Despite that, the shrimp was still tasty.
