- cup milk
- cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- cup scallions
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Directions
- In a bowl, combine milk, flour, egg, scallions, water, baking powder, salt, and ground ginger. Mix until the batter is smooth.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the batter into the skillet to form 4 pancakes. Cook until bubbly, approximately 2 minutes.
- Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1 minute, or until the desired level of brownness is reached.
