Baked Spaghetti Squash Recipe
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 spaghetti squash, halved and seeded
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Place the spaghetti squash, cut-side down, onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the squash, until the skin is easily pierced with a fork and the flesh is tender.
- Remove the squash from the oven and allow it to rest until cool enough to handle.
- Using a fork, scrape out the flesh from the squash and discard the skins.
Cook's Note: You can add more seasonings before baking, but for extra flavor, I usually spice it up afterward.

Easy preparation and delicious results. I mixed it with shredded chicken in a flavorful curry-coconut sauce.
