Here is the rewritten review: I enjoyed this dish. The chicken apple sausage was a little bland for me, so I switched to sweet Italian sausage the next time. The oven temperature was too high initially, resulting in burning. I adjusted to 410 degrees the second time, and it turned out better - around 40 minutes cooking time. The flavors combine really well, so next time I will chop the apples and sweet potatoes into smaller pieces to get all three flavors in each bite.

I decided to give this recipe a try with sweet Italian sausage and Gala apples, as they were readily available to me. I also included sweet potatoes in the mix. I made a trip to the store to pick up some honey mustard just for this recipe, and I must say, it was definitely worth it. The dish turned out wonderfully, but I believe using tart green apples would give it an extra kick. Overall, it was incredibly tasty, and I will certainly be making it again. Such an easy and delicious recipe!

I chopped the ingredients in just 10 minutes and then placed them in the crockpot to cook for around 3 hours. The result was delicious! It turned out really great and made for a fantastic camper meal.

I used 3 small farmer sausages sliced into rounds, along with 1 sweet potato, parsnips, onion, and carrots. The honey mustard really takes this dish to the next level! 🌟

This recipe was absolutely fantastic! We enjoy a bit of heat in our dishes, so I substituted spicy sausage links and added around 1/2 tsp of red pepper to the mix. The result was incredibly delicious. I decided to include an additional sweet potato since we are big fans of them. The honey mustard added a wonderful flavor to the dish. If there was an option to give this more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

It was excellent. My husband also loved it. A delightful and satisfying meal. No need for any substitutions.

The potential for this recipe was promising, but the recommended cooking time of 45 to 55 minutes suggested by the instructions was inaccurate. I opted for 45 minutes to avoid overcooking, but unfortunately, the dish turned out overdone. The apples turned into sauce, and the sweet potatoes became dry. Ultimately, I had to discard the leftovers. It's unlikely that I will attempt this recipe again.
