Garlic-Herb Linguine Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces dried linguine
  • cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, or to taste

Directions

Step 1: Gather all ingredients.

Step 2: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

Step 3: Add the linguine and cook until tender but firm to the bite, about 10 to 11 minutes.

Step 4: Drain the linguine and transfer it to a large bowl.

Step 5: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.

Step 6: Drizzle the butter mixture over the linguine and toss to coat evenly.

Step 7: Add seasoned salt to taste and toss again until fully coated.

This simple pasta dish is fantastic! It's so easy to make and uses common ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. I recommend adjusting the amount of seasoned salt to your taste instead of using the full teaspoon, as I found that I needed much less. It's perfect as a side dish, or you can add some grilled shrimp for a delicious and light summer meal. This recipe is definitely a keeper for us - absolutely delicious! Thank you for sharing. :)

Absolutely delightful! I followed the recipe initially, but found it to be a bit too buttery for my taste. I scaled it down for a pound of pasta, opting for angel hair instead. I used 3/4 cup of butter, a cup of chicken broth, and just 1/2 tablespoon of seasoned salt. I also added caramelized onions, broccoli, and chicken to the mix. It was a huge success!
