Grilled Turkey Burgers with Ranch Seasoning
Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries
This delicious and hearty recipe combines juicy turkey burgers with crispy sweet potato fries, all served with a creamy Hidden Valley Original Ranch dressing for dipping.
Ingredients
Burgers:
- 1 pounds ground turkey thigh meat
- cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
- 6 slices toasted bread
- 6 slices iceberg lettuce
Sweet Potato Fries:
- 1 pound frozen sweet potato fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Burgers
Preheat a grill or pan over medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, yogurt, Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix, and a pinch of pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Step 2: Form Patties
Divide the mixture into 4 to 6 portions, depending on the size of the patties you prefer. Shape them into burger patties, and create a small -inch indentation at the center of each patty using your thumb.
Step 3: Cook the Burgers
Place the patties on the grill or in the pan and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165F (75C) for poultry. Once cooked, remove the patties from the heat.
Step 4: Assemble the Burgers
Take the toasted bread slices and top each with a fresh leaf of iceberg lettuce. Place a cooked burger patty on top of each slice of bread. Set aside while you prepare the fries.
Step 5: Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries
Preheat the oven to 425F (220C). Spread the frozen sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix. Toss the fries to coat them evenly with the seasoning and oil.
Step 6: Bake the Fries
Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or according to the package instructions. Halfway through the cooking time, shake the pan to ensure the fries cook evenly. They should be crispy and golden when done.
Step 7: Serve
Once the fries are ready, plate the burgers and serve them alongside the crispy sweet potato fries. Drizzle Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing over the fries, or use it for dipping. Enjoy!
