Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, egg, 1/4 cup of parsley, 1/2 cup of marinara sauce, Italian-seasoned bread crumbs, 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese, Italian herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
