Ingredients
- 5 medium-sized russet potatoes, scrubbed and peeled

- 5 large eggs, divided
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
- 2 green onions, chopped

- 1 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425F (220C). Lightly grease an ovenproof pie pan.
