  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 1 quart vegetable oil for frying
  • cup confectioners' sugar, or as needed

Directions

  1. Step 1: Gather all the ingredients to prepare the fritter mixture.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and milk.
  3. Step 3: Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt into the banana mixture.
  4. Step 4: Add the beaten eggs and melted margarine, and stir everything together until well combined.
  5. Step 5: Heat the vegetable oil in a large, deep skillet to 365F (180C).
