Grilled Pineapple Slices Recipe
Grilled Pineapple with Cinnamon Sugar
Ingredients:
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into rings
- cup canned coconut milk
- cup cinnamon sugar
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Place coconut milk in one bowl and cinnamon sugar in another, setting them aside for dipping.
Step 3: Dip each pineapple ring into the coconut milk, ensuring it is fully coated, then dredge it in the cinnamon sugar for a sweet, flavorful crust.
Step 4: Grill the pineapple slices on the preheated grill, cooking each side for about 6 minutes, or until golden and slightly caramelized.
Cook's Note: To make cinnamon sugar, simply combine cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a jar. Close the lid and shake well to mix. Adjust the amount of cinnamon to your taste preference.
