The Best Sugar-Free Fudge Recipe

Recipe for Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients (Original Recipe - 1X, Yields 15 servings):
- 1 pound unsweetened baker's chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 cups evaporated milk
- 3 cups granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Place the chocolate in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Pour the evaporated milk into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Gradually stir in the sweetener, adding cup at a time, until fully dissolved.
- Add the vanilla extract and stir well to combine.
- Stir in the chopped chocolate.
- Heat the mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth, approximately 2 minutes in total.
- If desired, stir in chopped walnuts.
- Spread the chocolate mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until the fudge has set and is firm to the touch.
- Once set, cut the fudge into 1 -inch squares.

This fudge was absolutely terrible. It was incredibly bitter and completely inedible. I regret spending $15 on ingredients for this disappointing treat.
