This fudge is absolutely delightful! I swapped the semisweet chocolate for Bittersweet, which resulted in a less sweet but more pronounced chocolate taste. The marshmallows provide a burst of sweetness in every bite. In one batch, I used almonds and walnuts instead of peanuts, while in the second batch, I included almonds, candied fruit, candied cherries, candied orange peel, and marshmallows. It was like a festive Christmas explosion in every delicious piece of fudge!

This dish is a household favorite, especially during the holidays. I even prepare it as a special birthday gift for my eldest daughter. It's hands down one of the best and simplest recipes I've ever tried.
