Absolutely delicious! I made a few tweaks by using apple cider vinegar instead of red wine vinegar, canola oil instead of olive oil (slightly less), and added a touch of toasted sesame oil and chopped chives. The dressing had a perfect consistency, similar to Goddess dressing. No need to thicken it with nutritional yeast, in my opinion. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! I've been preparing tahini dressing since childhood, and when I incorporated some of my usual ingredients into this recipe, it turned out to be a flawless blend. I skipped the olive oil and opted for 1/4 cup of sesame oil instead. To enhance the flavor, I mixed in chopped green onions and a small amount of parsley. I increased the amount of lemon juice and garlic slightly, while reducing the water by half to achieve a thicker consistency, which I prefer. Many thanks for this delightful recipe!

This recipe is simple to follow and has a delightful taste. I will definitely be making it again. Instead of using red wine vinegar, which I'm not fond of, I opted for Japanese rice wine vinegar. I also swapped out 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) of olive oil for sesame oil to enhance the tahini flavor. Next time, I plan to do the same but increase the amount of lemon juice as I enjoy the refreshing zing it adds.

Absolutely adore this dressing! It's delicious, simple to make, and good for you! I just toss all the ingredients, like peeled ginger and garlic, into my Vitamix and hit blend. So easy!

I will definitely make this recipe again! I didn't make any changes, just skipped using a blender. I whisked it with a spoon and mashed the tahini lumps to make it work.

Started off well, but all I could taste was vinegar and soy. I decided to enhance the flavor by incorporating a teaspoon of orange zest, a couple of tablespoons of Splenda brown sugar, and a dash or two of cayenne. The result was significantly improved!

This recipe is absolutely delicious! I made some substitutions based on what I had at home: I used apple cider vinegar instead of red wine vinegar, liquid aminos instead of tamari, and canola oil instead of olive oil. I also used the juice of a whole lemon. Next time, I might use less water as the consistency was a bit too thin for my preference. Nevertheless, I will definitely be making this again and consider it a staple. Highly recommend trying it out!
