Breakfast Polenta Porridge Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups almond milk
- cup dry polenta
- cup almond meal
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries, sliced
- 2 pinches ground cinnamon
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan, bring water and almond milk to a boil over medium heat.
- Gradually add the polenta and almond meal, whisking continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
- Once the mixture has come together, reduce the heat to low and stir frequently until the porridge thickens, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the brown sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Divide the porridge into serving bowls, then top with sliced mixed berries and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
