Add a spoonful of mayo mixed with the egg & cream. Half & half works just as well as cream. How long you cook the eggs is just as important as what you put in them, don't overcook and don't stir too much after you put them in the pan.

Perfect, simple, easy to follow recipe for a scrambled egg novice! I can eat a ton of eggs. They’re probably my favorite food but I rarely make scrambled eggs bc for half my life I didn’t know you should put milk or some other dairy in them and mine never turned out like when others made them for me. I have a snow day and a probably 2 dozen eggs currently and wanted a way to make a lot of them at once for myself. Soft cooked eggs are my favorite but peeling them is more labor intensive than I wanted for a lazy morning. I doubled the recipe. We only had light cream and Mexican blend shredded cheese (the cheddar was in block form still). I also just used Pam to grease the pan bc I’m almost out of butter but everything turned out perfectly. I like my scrambled eggs softer rather than harder so I cooked them for 3 mins. I was going to post a photo but I had eaten them all!

I followed the directions (but doubled for two people) and cooked the eggs in a double boiler, so they are moist and soft.

This is so good! I added sriracha to the eggs after they were cooked and it was really good! Only way I’ll make scrambled eggs from now on!

I love the idea to add the cheese in before you cook it! The only change I made was putting in half the cheese in before you cook it, and the rest I sprinkled on at the end.

I love these eggs but I added 1/4 tsp mace to them and my family absolutely went nuts and I had to make more. Thanks for sharing this amazing yet simple recipe. I also used half and half because I didn't have whipping cream but still awesome and fluffy eggs!

These were very good eggs. I liked the texture the cheese gave this. I only used 1 slice of ham and it was plenty. I don't care much for eggs' texture on their own, but eaten with meat, cheese, and toast together I can deal. This was so good that I nearly ate the entire dish. I actually got full before I finished the portion, so my doggo got some too. Bonus for him. This still had an eggy taste, but the cheese added a nice bouncy/chewy texture that I prefer to plain egg. I did salt and pepper the eggs (yes, it's okay to add salt before cooking, master chef and restauranteur Kenji Lopez Alt did some testing and his findings showed that you don't have to wait until the end of cooking to salt). This was good and I'll fix these again. I might add some finely minced onion in too. Thanks for sharing, this made a great meal.

I have always made these! I cannot even with crumbly scrambled eggs that resemble pebbles lol If/when I have time, I add the extras, but in a time pinch, just the cream (milk or half & half) make a HUGE difference! I have also used this recipe as a base for a great breakfast casserole . LOVE it!

Wow! This was so simple and tasty. My wife loved it but I didn't tell her what made it taste so good because she counts calories. I on the otherhand count pleasures in life.

The whipping cream only add calories to your meal. You don’t need all those extra calories!
