We made these yesterday and they were delicious! My husband thought it was "too eggy" So we used one egg, one whisked egg white, and greek yogurt this time, and man oh man was it a game changer! AMAZING!! We also added vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon both times we made these!

Yum, nice and light. I used a tad of coconut oil, maybe a teaspoon, to add sweetness. Omitted the maple syrup. At first I made one large pancake but when I tried a tablespoon of batter at a time they fluffed up nicely over medium low heat and bubbled up pretty quickly, sign of being ready to flip.

I read the other reviews and made certain changes: I used whole milk instead of water, added two packs of stevia, used sugar-free syrup instead of maple...and accidentally put the cooking oil in the mix instead of cooking the batter in it. But...they came out delicious! Oh and I forgot to add the salt but I really can’t tell it’s missing, to be honest! Great recipe! Thanks Allie!

With suggestions from other reviewers, I used almond milk instead of water and added some nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and baking soda. I also tried a trick I recently saw online...cut bananas into bite sized rounds, dip into the batter, then cook as normal. Came out really good! Only issue is the you have to cook the rounds on all sides so a little time consuming, but worth it in the end!

These were delicious! I love the nuttiness of the almond flour. I did make 2 adjustments that I think made them less dense than they were reported as being (mine were nice and light): Substituted 1% Milk for the water and added a teaspoon of Baking Powder, and I let the batter rest for about an hour before I made them. I also threw some cinnamon in...because I like cinnamon in my pancakes! Will definitely make these again!

I used "flaxseed meal egg substitute" (1 tsp flaxseed meal + 3 tsp water = 1 egg) instead of eggs, and a little more than 1/4 cup water. Will substitute Monk Fruit sweetener next time for maple syrup so even fewer carbs. Pancakes were just delicious with rasberries &/or dipping into a little maple syrup!

I used milk instead of water and I increased the amount to 1/3 cup. I also added 1 teaspoon vanilla and a teaspoon baking powder. Turned out great this way.

This is a great way to make pancakes. I added cinnamon and used 2 "flax eggs", and a teaspoon of avocado oil...turned out great as a vegan breakfast. Next time I will double the recipe! Thank you♥

This is my new favorite delicious go-to pancake. I added a good shake of cinnamon to the dry mix and added butter to the pan instead of oil. made it pretty much according to the recipe- added just a splash more water to get it to good pancake batter consistency. Weighed the almond flour. Super easy and delicious.

This recipe was very easy to make. I added about 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to give my pancake a rise, which is did beautifully. Plus I added honey in place of the maple syrup. These pancakes not only look good but the tasted good.

Used whole milk instead of water, added another slosh of maple syrup, 1/8 cup more almond flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 cup fresh blueberries. I wanted a thicker, fluffier pancake that held blueberries well and they turned out wonderfully!

Perfect!! I used almond milk instead of water and eritirol instead of maple syrup. The key here is the right type of pan. It has to be non-sticky.

I used both eggs, added whole milk, omitted maple syrup, and added baking powder. Spooned them over to the skillet with an ice cream scoop and cooked til ready. My pancakes came out roughly three inches in diameter.
