90-Second Keto Bread in a Mug Recipe

- 1 tablespoon butter
- cup blanched almond flour
- 1 egg
- teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Microwave the butter in a microwave-safe mug for about 15 seconds, or until fully melted. Swirl the mug to coat the sides with melted butter.
- Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt into the mug. Whisk the mixture together until smooth and well combined.
- Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for approximately 90 seconds, or until the mixture is set and firm.
- Let it cool for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.

This dish was both quick and tasty! It came out of the cup effortlessly once cooked. I cut it into slices and pan-fried them with butter until golden on both sides. I garnished one slice with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning, and another with peanut butter and strawberry jelly. Now I can enjoy it without needing a bagel!
