Watermelon Tomato Salsa Recipe

Refreshing Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cups chopped red onion
  • 1 cup chopped cantaloupe
  • 1 cup chopped watermelon
  • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • cup fresh lime juice
  • cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped red onion, cantaloupe, watermelon, tomato, and jalapeno pepper.

Step 2: Add the fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro to the bowl. Stir everything together gently.

Step 3: Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 4: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
