Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 4 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 Bosc pear, thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces chopped walnuts
  • 2 ounces Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F (230C).
  2. Place the pizza crust dough on a medium-sized baking sheet.
  3. Layer the dough with sliced Provolone cheese, ensuring it's evenly spread.
  4. Top the cheese with thin slices of Bosc pear.
