Fantastic side dish! I coated the vegetables with flour, dipped them in a wash mixture, and then used a combination of Italian bread crumbs and Panko, along with Parmesan cheese. I seasoned them with garlic and onion powders, pepper, and cayenne before baking for 15 minutes, flipping them over, and baking for another 10 minutes. They turned out absolutely delicious. Thanks for the recipe!

These work wonders in an air fryer! Set it to 400F and cook for 12 minutes, remembering to check and turn them at the 6-minute mark. Avoid overcrowding the basket, and don't forget to spray it with non-stick spray beforehand.

I prepared these zucchini bites for dinner tonight. I coated the zucchini with flour, then dipped them in egg, and finally coated them with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and black pepper. We really liked how they turned out!

I tried making zucchini fries last night and they turned out amazing! I'm typically not a fan of zucchini, but these were absolutely delicious. I skipped using foil and just sprayed the baking sheet with cooking spray before baking them directly on it. I used a convection oven and set the temperature to 400 degrees, which made the actual temperature 425 as per the instructions. The great thing about using the convection oven is that I didn't have to flip the fries, and they turned out crispy, crunchy, and not greasy at all. I will definitely be making these again! Thank you for the wonderful recipe!

The first time I prepared these, I noticed that the crumbs needed more seasoning. For my next attempt, I added dried Italian seasoning, black pepper, and a touch of chili powder. The result was fantastic! It's important to enjoy them immediately, as they can become soft if left out too long. Next time, I plan to make them even spicier by adding ghost pepper powder.

I decided to enhance my recipe by incorporating a splash of water into the beaten eggs and a sprinkle of cornstarch into the dry ingredients. Sprinkling salt on them right after they are baked really takes them to the next level - they are absolutely scrumptious! Next time, I plan to experiment with almond flour instead of bread crumbs for a low-carb alternative.

Great texture, but I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Those who suggested adding extra seasoning were absolutely right. I followed the instructions as is and my dish turned out quite tasteless. I ended up sprinkling some salt and garlic powder before serving. Lesson learned: I'll season before baking next time.

The dish was tasty and well-prepared, but it could benefit from more seasoning, such as garlic powder. Overall, it was enjoyable, especially considering it wasn't fried!
