I recently tried the Roasted Garlic Onion Jam and it was a hit! I never even got to taste it myself because it disappeared so quickly, despite making a double batch. 😄 Doubling the recipe, I used 2 8 oz packages of Brie cheese. Surprisingly, the first 8 oz. was devoured by all 30 guests, leaving the other package untouched. Not to worry though, it won't go to waste as I plan to make more of these delicious snacks tomorrow! 🧀😋

Simple and fantastic! My only suggestion is to enjoy one or two fresh out of the oven because they won't stay around for long!
