Review rewritten: This seasoning mix was absolutely fantastic! The combination of herbs and spices was spot on! I prepared 60 servings right away and stored the mix in an airtight container. I used it to season two whole chickens and baked them in the oven. I thought that if anyone didn't enjoy the flavor, I could simply remove the skin. But to my delight, everyone loved it! I'm excited to experiment with using it on skinless chicken breasts next time.

Flavorful yet not too strong; I arranged six chicken breasts in a Pyrex baking dish and lightly coated them with olive oil. Using a seasoning blend shaker, I evenly sprinkled the mixture over both sides of the breasts. After baking them at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes, they came out moist and incredibly flavorful. Highly recommend this recipe!

I followed the recipe exactly, but used pretzel salt from a package instead of sea salt. The result was surprisingly good, although it wasn't quite what I was expecting. The blend had a distinct Italian influence, with hints of cumin and cayenne adding a spicier twist rather than the expected herbal flavor. It was still enjoyable, and unbelievably simple to prepare. I decided to save it for those evenings when I lack the motivation to cook. I tried it on boneless chicken breasts - pan-frying them the first time and broiling them the second. The fried version was definitely tastier, even though I may have gone a bit heavy-handed with the seasoning the first time around.

This recipe was fabulous. I omitted salt and bullion granules due to my low sodium diet. Despite this, the flavor was incredibly rich, with the cayenne pepper providing just the perfect amount of warmth. I used this seasoning mix as a dry rub on chicken breasts, which I then pan-fried before including them in a shepherd's pie. I also added approximately 1 1/2 teaspoons of the blend to the gravy for the pie, resulting in a wonderful enhancement. It's a fantastic way to add some spice to your gravy.

I cook chicken frequently and was feeling tired of my usual seasoning options. I'm really glad I decided to give this spice combination a try. I had all the ingredients in my pantry, and while my whole chicken was cooking in the air fryer, my house filled with a delightful aroma. The flavor of this spice mix was absolutely perfect. I've saved this recipe and will definitely be using it again. Thank you!
