Shrimp Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans beef broth
- 2 (10.5 ounce) cans shrimp consomme
- 2 cups frozen shrimp, thawed
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Directions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the chicken broth, beef broth, and shrimp consomme.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and then strain the broth to remove any solids.
- Return the strained broth to the pot, then add the thawed shrimp and fresh dill weed.
- Allow the mixture to heat through, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper as desired.
- Once heated, garnish the soup with chopped green onions before serving.
