This dip is a unique and tasty treat! I paired it with plain bagel chips and it was a hit. It's also budget-friendly to prepare. The combination of garlic, onion powder, and pineapple may seem surprising, but it's a winning mix! Update: I used this as a spread on ham bagel sandwiches to create Hawaiian bagels, and it was absolutely fantastic! If you have any leftover dip, give it a try!

Even without onion and garlic, which my husband can't consume, this dip is fantastic not only with chips and pretzels but also with fruit. It doesn't last long at all!

Absolutely loved it! Had a fantastic girls' night in with my friends, and it was a big success. I decided to add a bit more onion powder and garlic for extra flavor, and it turned out great. Thank you, I will definitely be making it again.

I've been making this recipe for a while now, but I usually stick to just using cream cheese and pineapple. The combination is so creamy and refreshing, and I find that it pairs perfectly with pretzels for a delightful snack.

I prepared this dip using just one can of pineapple and one clove of garlic. I decided to taste it right after preparing it and was immediately struck by how overpowering the garlic flavor was. It tasted quite harsh initially, but I thought maybe it was the type of dip that needed some time in the fridge to mellow. After letting it sit for a day, it did improve significantly. However, the initial taste experience had already tainted my opinion of the dip, as every bite reminded me of that first overpowering garlic taste. My advice to anyone making this dip would be to wait until it has had time to sit before trying it. Despite my reservations, my family really enjoyed it.

I paired the dish with bagel chips and crackers, and while it was well-received by others, it didn't quite tickle my taste buds. The garlic flavor was a bit too strong for me, even after letting it sit overnight. Personally, I would have preferred a simpler combination of pineapple and cream cheese.

I ended up using only 1 cup of pineapple since I didn't have enough (note: two 20 oz. cans will give you 2 cups after draining!). Despite this, it turned out quite tasty! It had a unique flavor, and surprisingly, the garlic wasn't too strong. I brought it to a party last night and saw that people who tried it kept coming back for more. :)

This product exceeded all my expectations. Although the combination seemed unusual at first, it was definitely worth a try. I used a food processor to blend it smoothly, adjusting the amount of garlic to just one clove for a milder flavor. After blending, I added chopped green onions to enhance the dish's visual appeal. The feedback from both groups I served it to was overwhelmingly positive.

I tried out this recipe at a party last weekend and it was a huge success! It received so many compliments and requests for the recipe. I'm definitely making it again for guests this weekend. I followed a recommendation to serve it with pretzels, and it was a fantastic combination. Even though I didn't have fresh garlic, using garlic powder (1/8 tsp per clove) worked out just fine.

I cannot give a rating to this recipe as written, as I have been making a similar version for over 30 years using only cream cheese and crushed pineapple. I typically use 2 packages of cream cheese and a 20 oz can of crushed pineapple, incorporating a bit of the juice to achieve a creamy texture that makes it easier to scoop. I find that the simplicity of these two ingredients results in a delicious dip that requires no additional seasonings. I enjoy it best with wavy potato chips – it's irresistible! On a side note, I had to rate the recipe to submit this comment, but I personally don't think I would enjoy the addition of garlic.

I prepared this dish for my wedding reception on 10-10-10 and it was a hit! Guests actually thought it was catered by a professional company. With just 4 ingredients, it was incredibly easy to put together. I also added some pineapple pieces for an extra touch, but sliced almonds would work great too. I highly recommend this recipe.

I was extremely let down by this product. Despite following the instructions, I only used a small amount of garlic powder. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite bland, with the limited onion powder used being overpowering. I had hoped for a more pronounced pineapple flavor.

I added a few shakes of red pepper flakes for a bit of spiciness, and sprinkled crushed macadamia nuts on top.

Exciting flavor combinations! I used fresh pineapple, crushed it with a potato masher, and added minced red onion for color since I didn't have onion powder. Enjoyed it with crackers, but I bet it would be even better with French bread slices. Note to self: opt for smaller garlic cloves next time. Overall, a great discovery! Thank you!

I would have given it 5 stars, but the garlic was overpowering. Next time, I will omit it.

Can I give this product ten stars?? I was doubtful at first, but I had some leftover cream cheese and pineapple that I needed to use up. I decided to try it out, spread it on some toast, and it turned out to be one of the most amazing things I've ever tasted. Thank you so much!!!
