This recipe is fantastic! The only modification I made was adding a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and a teaspoon of soy sauce. It turned out perfectly. We'll definitely be enjoying this as a side dish at least once a month.

I switched the cheese to a blend of asiago, romano, and Parmesan shredded cheese, and my family adores it! Plus, I also threw in some extra bacon, of course.

Outstanding green bean casserole! Elevated beyond the traditional version, this dish impressed with its bacon addition and subtle cheese twist. Following the recipe, I incorporated the cheese within the casserole instead of just on top. The delightful surprise of bacon and cheese flavors with each bite truly made this dish outstanding. Perhaps a touch more bacon could enhance the overall bacon essence next time, as it was slightly overshadowed by other flavors. Nonetheless, I will keep the preparation the same and may even make it again before the next holiday rolls around.

We prepared this green bean casserole for our Christmas dinner, but unfortunately, it didn't go over well. It didn't last long in our house, but not because it was a hit.

An excellent twist on traditional green bean casserole. I found the cheese flavor to be too subtle, so I plan on preparing it again without cheese to see if it still holds up well.
