Peanut Butter & Jelly Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 2 teaspoons any flavor fruit jelly
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter

Directions

  1. Gather all the ingredients and prepare your workspace.
  2. Preheat a griddle or skillet to 350F (175C).
  3. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread jelly. On the other slice, spread peanut butter on the unbuttered side.
  5. Place the two slices of bread together so that the peanut butter and jelly sides are facing each other, creating a sandwich.
  6. Carefully place the sandwich on the preheated griddle or skillet.
  7. Cook the sandwich for about 4 minutes per side, or until both sides are golden brown and the sandwich is heated through.
  8. Remove the sandwich from the griddle, slice, and serve immediately.
