Peanut Butter & Jelly Grilled Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 slices white bread
- 2 teaspoons any flavor fruit jelly
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
Directions
- Gather all the ingredients and prepare your workspace.
- Preheat a griddle or skillet to 350F (175C).
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread jelly. On the other slice, spread peanut butter on the unbuttered side.
- Place the two slices of bread together so that the peanut butter and jelly sides are facing each other, creating a sandwich.
- Carefully place the sandwich on the preheated griddle or skillet.
- Cook the sandwich for about 4 minutes per side, or until both sides are golden brown and the sandwich is heated through.
- Remove the sandwich from the griddle, slice, and serve immediately.
