Apple, Bacon, and Cheddar Panini Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons butter, or to taste
  • 3 slices bread
  • cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • apple, peeled and sliced thinly

Directions

  1. Preheat a panini press.
  2. Butter 2 of the bread slices. Place 1 slice on the panini press, buttered-side-down.
  3. Arrange the shredded Cheddar cheese on the bread. Place the unbuttered bread slice on top.
  4. Layer the cooked bacon and apple slices on top of the bread, then cover with the remaining slice of bread, buttered-side-up.
  5. Close the panini press and cook until the panini is browned, about 4 minutes.
