Apple, Bacon, and Cheddar Panini Recipe

- 2 tablespoons butter, or to taste
- 3 slices bread
- cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- apple, peeled and sliced thinly
Directions
- Preheat a panini press.
- Butter 2 of the bread slices. Place 1 slice on the panini press, buttered-side-down.
- Arrange the shredded Cheddar cheese on the bread. Place the unbuttered bread slice on top.
- Layer the cooked bacon and apple slices on top of the bread, then cover with the remaining slice of bread, buttered-side-up.
- Close the panini press and cook until the panini is browned, about 4 minutes.
