  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 4 peeled, cooked shrimp
  • Cooking spray

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, flour, egg white, and shredded Cheddar cheese. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.

Step 3: Evenly distribute the tuna mixture into the prepared muffin cups.

Step 4: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the cakes are firm and slightly golden on top.

Step 5: After baking, allow the cakes to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes.

Step 7: Once the cakes have cooled, garnish each one with a peeled shrimp on top before serving.
