Avocado Garlic Sauce
This creamy avocado garlic sauce is a perfect dip or topping for a variety of dishes. It's easy to make and packed with fresh flavors that will elevate any meal!
Ingredients
- 1 large avocado, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped dill
- teaspoon dried parsley
- teaspoon dried chives
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine avocado and garlic in a blender or large food processor. Process until smooth and well pureed.
- In a separate bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, and lime juice until fully combined.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the avocado and garlic puree in the blender.
- Add dill, parsley, chives, salt, onion powder, and pepper. Blend until the mixture is completely liquefied.
- Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Cooks Note
If you're not a fan of garlic, you can reduce the amount to just one clove. Fresh or dried dill can be used based on your preference.
