This product definitely helps me unwind, although it doesn't necessarily help me fall asleep. I reduce the sugar by half and occasionally switch out nutmeg for cinnamon, both of which work well. I prepare a larger batch by multiplying the ingredients by four and storing them in a mason jar in the fridge. This intensifies the spice flavors and allows me to easily enjoy a cup at the end of a busy day, preventing me from reaching for a caffeinated drink.

Being vegan, I wanted to give this recipe a try with plant-based ingredients. I substituted almond milk for regular milk and coconut sugar for white sugar. The proportions were perfect and the cooking time resulted in just the right temperature. I'm looking forward to seeing if this helps me sleep better while feeling under the weather!

I instantly fell in love with the recipe at first sight! It was exactly what I had been searching for, especially with the ideal touch of nutmeg. I shared it with some dear friends over the weekend, and we all unanimously agreed that it was absolutely divine. Here's what I used: - 1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk - 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract (bought in Mexico) - 2 tablespoons of Coconut Sugar (100% pure coconut sap) - 1/4 teaspoon of Nutmeg (just the right amount)

Fantastic drink that appeals to both adults and children! I really appreciate this recipe. I made a few changes: I reduced the sugar by half to lower my family's sugar consumption. Additionally, I added 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon. We opted for skim milk and brown sugar. The drink was soothing, comforting, and absolutely delightful on a crisp September day.

This drink is fantastic! When I made it following the instructions the first time, it was a bit too sweet for my taste. The next time, I adjusted the sugar to just 1 tablespoon and it turned out just right. The flavor of this drink is truly delightful - thank you for sharing the recipe!

I will definitely be making this recipe again. Instead of using just 1 cup, I used 1 and a half cups of the main ingredient. I also added 1 and a half teaspoons of vanilla extract, which really enhanced the flavor. But the key change I made was swapping nutmeg for 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar. This tweak made all the difference and my entire family absolutely loved it.

My grandmother used to make this for me when I was a child. She called it kettle tea, although I'm not sure why. Searching for "kettle tea" didn't lead me here. Today, I was telling my wife about it, who struggles with falling asleep, and she helped me locate it. I made it without any spices, as I didn't have any on hand. It turned out pretty close, I just need to adjust the rest. Thank you for sharing!

I made this for my son and myself to help him relax before bedtime. I added cinnamon along with the nutmeg, and we both love the flavor. Hopefully, it will help calm down my energetic little one soon. A mom needs her time too, haha!

I absolutely love it, it's just perfect for me - not too sweet, but not bland either.
