Pineapple-Infused Vodka Recipe
Ingredients
This recipe was crafted for its original yield. Ingredient quantities adjust automatically, but cooking times and preparation steps remain constant. Keep in mind that scaling may not always be perfect.
Original recipe (1X) yields 22 servings
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced
- 1 liter vodka (such as Stolichnaya)
Directions
Step 1: Arrange the pineapple slices in a circular pattern along the edges of a 2-quart wide-mouth glass jar, leaving the center space empty.
Step 2: Pour vodka into the jar, ensuring the pineapple slices are fully submerged.
Step 3: Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark location for 10 days to infuse.
Step 4: After 10 days, remove the pineapple slices and strain the vodka through a fine mesh strainer. Discard the pineapple or use as desired.
Step 5: Pour the strained vodka back into the jar, seal, and refrigerate. It can be kept for up to two weeks.

This drink is incredibly tasty and velvety, so be mindful as it may catch you by surprise. I decided to use the pineapple as a garnish instead of letting it go to waste. Absolutely delicious!
