PB & J Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients

- 6 frozen strawberries (or more, to taste)
- cup milk
- 1 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon blue agave nectar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
Directions
- Place the frozen strawberries, milk, peanut butter, agave nectar, and flax seeds into a blender.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
Cook's Notes
- You can substitute peanut butter with 2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter combined with 1 tablespoons of water.
- Using frozen strawberries removes the need for ice.
- Strawberries can be replaced with blackberries, raspberries, or blueberries if preferred.
- Any type of dairy or plant-based milk can be used according to your taste.

Accidentally used 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter instead of the correct amount. The taste wasn't great, so I might try again with the right measurements.
