Grilled Cabbage Wedges
This grilled cabbage recipe offers a smoky, tender flavor with a touch of seasoning, perfect for a side dish at any BBQ or grill night.
Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage, cored and cut into 8 wedges
- cup water
- 8 teaspoons unsalted butter
- teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
- teaspoon seasoned salt, or to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate to prevent sticking.
- Place the cabbage wedges in the bottom of a large metal baking dish. Pour the water into the dish around the cabbage wedges.
- Top each cabbage wedge with 1 teaspoon of butter. Season generously with garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper according to your taste preferences.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil to trap moisture and heat.
