Grilled Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash, sliced into rounds and seeded
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Brush both sides of the butternut squash slices with olive oil.
  3. Place the squash on the preheated grill. Flip the slices as needed, cooking for 15 to 20 minutes, until softened and browned.
