Grilled Butternut Squash
Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash, sliced into rounds and seeded
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Brush both sides of the butternut squash slices with olive oil.
- Place the squash on the preheated grill. Flip the slices as needed, cooking for 15 to 20 minutes, until softened and browned.
