Turkey Delight Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked, chopped turkey meat
- 1 (6 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix
- 12 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups turkey gravy
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and mash them.
- Prepare the stuffing according to the package directions.
- In a 2-quart baking dish, spread the prepared stuffing as the first layer.
- Top the stuffing with the chopped turkey meat, and then pour 1 cup of gravy over it.
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the turkey and gravy, and pour the remaining gravy on top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and lightly browned on top.
