BBQ Pork Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 (18 ounce) barbequed pulled pork
  • red onion, thinly sliced
  • cup dill pickle slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F (220C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly along the bottom.
  3. Top the dough with the barbecued pulled pork, spreading it evenly over the surface.
  4. Sprinkle the thinly sliced red onion over the pork, followed by the dill pickle slices.
  5. Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
