Allie's Mushroom Pizza Recipe

  • 1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil or to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, rinsed and dried
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and sesame oil. Brush the mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pre-baked pizza crust.
  3. Stack the spinach leaves, then slice them lengthwise into -inch strips. Scatter the spinach evenly over the crust.
  4. Cover the pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese and top with the sliced fresh mushrooms.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are crisp.
