Allie's Mushroom Pizza Recipe

- 1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil or to taste
- 1 cup fresh spinach, rinsed and dried
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil and sesame oil. Brush the mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pre-baked pizza crust.
- Stack the spinach leaves, then slice them lengthwise into -inch strips. Scatter the spinach evenly over the crust.
- Cover the pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese and top with the sliced fresh mushrooms.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are crisp.
