  • 3 avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • cup diced onions
  • teaspoon garlic salt
  • 12 (6 inch) corn tortillas
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, leaves finely chopped
  • Jalapeo pepper sauce to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F (165C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the avocados, diced onions, and garlic salt. Set aside.
  3. Arrange the corn tortillas in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  4. Bake the tortillas in the preheated oven for 2 to 5 minutes, or until they are heated through.
  5. Spread the avocado mixture evenly on top of each tortilla.
  6. Garnish with finely chopped cilantro and drizzle with jalapeo pepper sauce to taste.
