Avocado Tacos Recipe

- 3 avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
- cup diced onions
- teaspoon garlic salt
- 12 (6 inch) corn tortillas
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, leaves finely chopped
- Jalapeo pepper sauce to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325F (165C).
- In a bowl, combine the avocados, diced onions, and garlic salt. Set aside.
- Arrange the corn tortillas in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake the tortillas in the preheated oven for 2 to 5 minutes, or until they are heated through.
- Spread the avocado mixture evenly on top of each tortilla.
- Garnish with finely chopped cilantro and drizzle with jalapeo pepper sauce to taste.
