Incredibly tasty! I couldn't find a half turkey breast, so I substituted with two large chicken breasts. The dish turned out so delicious that I might just prefer chicken over turkey now! :)

I had a 5.75-pound turkey breast so I doubled the spices and cooked it on high in my crockpot for 4 hours. The result was a delicious and juicy turkey with lots of flavorful juices. I used a quick-read thermometer to ensure it reached 165 degrees and it turned out perfectly cooked. Even my picky eater loved it! I let it rest in the crockpot while finishing the rest of the meal. After straining the juices, I added the gravy packet that came with the turkey breast from Target, resulting in a wonderful and flavorful gravy. Highly recommend!

This recipe was absolutely delightful! It's going straight into my list of favorite dishes. I didn't have cream cheese on hand, so I substituted with ranch dressing and added 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese for extra flavor. I decided to elevate the dish by pouring 1/2 cup of white cooking wine at the bottom of the crockpot and layering two leeks (sliced lengthwise) on top of the turkey. The result was simply delicious!

Alright, this is my third attempt at making this dish and my second review. Today, I am cooking an 8.5lb bone-in breast. I decided to quadruple all the ingredients in the recipe, except for Parsley & Thyme because I ran out of both. I substituted them with Herbs de Provence and reduced the amount of Soy to 3 tablespoons to cut down on sodium. I mixed everything together using a mixer to achieve a 'whipped' texture since I couldn't find whipped garden veg cheese, only regular garden veg in my area. Quadrupling the recipe may have been excessive as the breast ended up heavily laden with the delightful cheese and butter mixture, to the point where I felt a bit guilty. I estimate discarding about 1/4 cup of the mixture. This time, I am using a Slow Cooker Liner and cooking on high for 2 hours, followed by 6 hours on low. I plan to keep it warm until dinner as I started this dish at 9am. Additionally, I have an extra tub of cream cheese that I will add to the mashed potatoes, as it worked well the last time.

I was hesitant about trying out this recipe, but I decided to give it a go. I was lucky to snag the last Philly cream cheese with garden veggies at Publix (seriously!). I cooked it for an hour on high and then let it simmer for 7 hours on low. I used the entire container of cream cheese and doubled all the other ingredients to accommodate my 6+ lb. turkey breast. Surprisingly, the turkey breast remained moist even 3 days later.

OH MY GOODNESS! This is hands down the best turkey I have ever tasted. It was incredibly simple to prepare and the aroma it filled the kitchen with was just amazing!

Certainly simple! I had a 5.5-pound turkey breast, so I doubled the ingredients. I cooked it on high for over 4 hours, and the meat was so tender it fell off the bone. This indicates that the suggested cooking times are too long. Since the recipe didn't specify what to do with the skin, I spread the cream cheese mixture over it. Unfortunately, this caused the skin to disintegrate in an unpleasant way. Next time, I'll either put the mixture under the skin or remove it entirely. The dish turned out very moist and flavorful, but the turkey flavor wasn't very pronounced. This could be due to too much cheese.

Prepared without whipped cream cheese. Absolutely fantastic!
