Lemon-Pepper Chicken Pasta

Lemon-Pepper Chicken Pasta

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • cup olive oil
  • cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 (16 ounce) package farfalle (bow-tie) pasta
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and lemon juice over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced chicken breasts, lemon-pepper seasoning, and minced garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 7 to 10 minutes.

Step 2: While the chicken cooks, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the farfalle pasta and cook for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a tender but firm texture. Drain the pasta well.

Step 3: Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture in the skillet. Toss well to coat the pasta in the sauce. Add the thinly sliced green onions and toss again.

Step 4: Serve the dish with lemon wedges on the side for extra flavor.
