Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cups chopped carrots
- 1 cups chopped celery
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup chicken stock
- cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cups frozen peas
- 1 cups frozen corn
Directions
Step 1: Start by gathering all the ingredients youll need for this recipe. It's important to have everything ready before you begin.
Step 2: In a slow cooker, combine the condensed soup, chopped carrots, celery, onion, chicken stock, parsley, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to ensure the mixture is thoroughly combined. The mixture will be thick, so make sure everything is evenly mixed.
Step 3: Gently place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker, then spoon some of the soup mixture over the chicken to cover it completely.
Step 4: Cover the slow cooker and cook on Low for 7 hours. The chicken will become tender and fully cooked by this point.
Step 5: After the cooking time is up, remove the chicken breasts from the slow cooker. Using two forks, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Step 6: Return the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker. Add the frozen peas and frozen corn to the mixture. Stir to combine everything.
Step 7: Continue cooking on Low for an additional 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are heated through and tender.

It was a tasty meal. I'd make it again. It went well with homemade biscuits.

Loved it! Used Cream of Golden Mushroom soup since that's what I had. So delicious!

Followed it as instructed except added a frozen vegetable medley instead of just peas & carrots. Very tasty

Idk who is to blame, but that photo being used is not of this recipe. Can tell by the green beans and baby carrots, which the recipe does not call for. Can't stress enough how much I really dislike that. With that being said, I haven't tried the recipe but sounds good.
