Keto Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers Recipe
Ingredients
This recipe was designed for its original yield. Adjusted quantities will scale automatically, though cooking times and preparation steps remain the same. Not all recipes scale perfectly.
- 6 jalapeo peppers, halved and seeds removed
- 7.5 ounces cold garden vegetable cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)
- 6 strips of bacon, halved lengthwise
Directions
Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 390F (200C).
Step 2: Fill each jalapeo half with cream cheese, smoothing it slightly to the edges.
Step 3: Wrap each filled jalapeo with a halved bacon strip. Secure the ends by tucking them under or using toothpicks.
Step 4: Arrange the jalapeo poppers in the air fryer basket. Work in batches to avoid overcrowding and ensure even cooking.
Step 5: Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the bacon reaches your preferred level of crispiness.
Step 6: Keep finished poppers warm in a low-temperature oven while cooking remaining batches.
Tips
- Keep cream cheese chilled until ready to use.
- Experiment with different cream cheese flavors for variety.
- Use regular bacon rather than thick-cut. Halving bacon strips lengthwise makes wrapping easier.

Did not change a single thing, and they were the best poppers we have ever had. Other recipes will have you cook bacon first, crumble and then mix in cream cheese mixture..... I will never do that again. So much more flavorful this way. Perfect, we loved them!

I did use thick bacon. I cooked them at 370 for 15 minutes. Turned out great, with crispy bacon.

The recipe is great, but 10 minutes is too long in the air fryer. I would check them at 8 minutes and go from there.

The first time I made these I followed the recipe. The second time, I got adventurous and used a pineapple - jalapeño jam mixed with plain cream cheese. The sweetness of the pineapple along with the saltiness of the bacon sent these over the top. Cherry jam would also be great.

Great recipe, fast and easy. I didn't have veggie cream cheese so used herb and garlic. Also added a bit of shredded cheese to the mix. Hubby and I thought they were very tasty! Used the peppers I had picked from my garden

These are so simple, and so absolutely delicious! I did 390 degrees at 12 minutes, and it was perfect.

I followed the recipe exactly and these turned out delicious. I never would have believed I could make something like this. It was super easy. I wore plastic disposable gloves while working with the jalapeños. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
